crrrrazy greens
Ingredients
- oil
- kale (or any kind of greens you want)
- fresh lemon
- maple syrup
- sesame seeds
Directions
this is just an interesting and new way to get those healthy greens into your diet.
chop up your greens and saute them in a little oil over medium heat just until they're wilted. remove from heat.
toast your sesame seeds separately. just throw them in a little pan over low heat and keep them moving until they're a little browned.
mix the lemon juice and maple syrup to taste (not too tart, not too sweet), ending up with maybe about a half cup for one large bunch of kale.
toss kale with the "dressing" and sesame seeds.
makes a nice side dish. :)
