French Toastbreakfast

Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla soymilk
  • 2 Tbsp. unbleached white flour
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar or other sweetener
  • 1 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 4-6 slices of bread ( french bread works well)

Directions

Whisk ingredients together, and let rest for a few min., while you heat up a lightly greased skillet. Dip vegan bread slices in mixture, coating both sides, and lay on skillet. Flip the toast when it is lightly browned & brown other side. Serve with maple syrup & cinnamon.
