Bio
Matt Moore is an artist of a variety of disciplines, ideas and mediums. The term 'a jack of all trades, expert at none' doesn't apply to him. He has worked professionally as a successful graphic designer, detailed 3D artist, diligent web programmer and all-round technology generalist for the last eight years. He is motivated by his many interests including physics and science, cartoons and animation, poetry, cereal, cooking, design, and board-games.
While at the Massachusetts College of Art, where Matt earned his BFA, he was involved heavily in his school community as a producer and curator of shows, a Resident Assistant, a workshop instructor and Student Government President. He is driven by his unique desire to transform whatever community he finds himself in.
Matt also considers himself a novice writer, composing mostly short poems and essays in his spare time. This medium allows him to express non-visual, complicated, and bold ideas. Matt finds inspiration for his writing in politics, current events, mass media, consumerism and society.
When Matt isn't writing, animating or building websites, he can usually be found in the kitchen either making food or cleaning-up a mess he made. Cooking and baking allows him to keep his fine motor skills from atrophying from prolonged computer use. Matt's favorite meal is brunch. The most appropriate time, according to Matt, to consume bunch is brunch o'clock--also known as 11:30am--on Sunday.
